The average arrival time is as follows:
Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan: 3 to 5 Business Days
US & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany: 7 to 12 Business Days
Other Western European Countries: 8 to 15 Business Days
Other countries: 14 to 20 Business Days

Products are normally processed within 24-48 hours. If you do want to cancel the order, please reach out to us as soon as possible [email protected]
Once products are processed and dispatched, refunds will need to go through our return process.
Based on our experience, most of the custom fee can be avoided. If there is any special case where custom fees & duty are needed, we will work with our shipping agent to minimize the necessary fees.
Yes, we offer 1-year warranty. Simply send us photos or videos showing the faulty parts, we will provide assistance from there. Replacement parts will be sent to fix the problem.

- Returns are accepted within the first 7 days from the date of products delivered.

- Our team will provide you with details of address for returns.
(We are sorry we will not cover the shipping cost for return and we suggest you use delivery service with tracking functions to avoid any lost packages.)
- Once we receive the returns in our designated address, it will take 3 business day to process a refund.
- Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your bank statement.
To avoid confusions, exchange is currently not accepted. However, you can always initiate a return and raise a new order at the same time.

Yes, email will be sent including the tracking number. We recommend checking the tracking number at https://track1track.com/ or https://www.17track.net/en
It takes up to 3 days for the tracking to reflect in the system. Tracking status will be updated when parcels are transferred from on hub to another so status might remain the same for a few days. However, it is on the way. Don’t worry.
