  1. Returns are accepted within the first 7 days from the date of products delivered.

  3. Our team will provide you with details of address for returns. 

(We are sorry we will not cover the shipping cost for return and we suggest you use delivery service with tracking functions to avoid any lost packages.)

  1. Once we receive the returns in our designated address, it will take 3 business day to process a refund. The amount refunded back to you will be charged an 15% restocking fee.
  2. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your bank statement. 

To avoid confusions, exchange is currently not accepted. However, you can always initiate a return and raise a new order at the same time.
